Who I Am

With ample experience in educational technology, including time in product development and acquisition, marketing, sales, sales operations, and customer success, I have the unique experience and skills that are essential for success as a Partnership Enablement Operations Director.

Over the last 15+ years in educational technology, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge including but not limited to successfully organizing and managing large territories of accounts, using my experience to be inventive and creative in solving problems, and creating initiatives to improve internal systems and processes that will make a positive impact on the business.

In 2021, I started pursuing my Master's degree in instructional learning and design.  I have taken a pause in my education, but during that year, I had the opportunity to learn new digital tools and earn technology badges.  You will find these badges in my portfolio.  I am consistently seeking ways to improve myself professionally, and I currently working on my World Class Service certificate.
